GENERAL: These terms of use and confidentiality policies are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of MI. Sleep Sweet Project, LLC may amend or modify these terms of use at any time.

You are not establishing a medical professional/patient relationship by using this site or services. The advice is for informational purposes only and is intended for use with healthy children with common sleep issues that are unrelated to medical conditions. Sweet Project, LLC nor any of its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, or contractors is responsible or liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to:

(i) the use of or inability to use the site and/or the services;

(ii) any content contained on the site and /or the services;

(iii) statements or conduct posted or made publicly available on the site and/or the services; or

(iv) any product or service purchased or obtained through the site or the services

In no event will Sleep, Baby, Sleep LLC be liable to you for any claims, losses, injury or damages as a result of reliance on the information provided. Although all attempts have been made to verify the information provided is accurate, Sleep Sweet Project, LLC does not assume responsibility for errors, omissions, or contrary interpretations of the subject matter within the consultation.

REFUND POLICY: Sleep Sweet Project LLC reserves the right to revise or modify this policy at its discretion. The refund policy in effect at the time of purchase will be honored for the duration of the client's contracted period. Please note that our sleep consultants are professionally trained and experienced individuals who work diligently to enhance the sleep quality of young children. Due to the amount of time, effort, and commitment provided within a consultation, refunds are not possible once this form is submitted. 

COPYRIGHT NOTICE: The information provided within the consultation may not be reproduced, republished, or transmitted in any form or by any means, whether mechanical or electronic, including photocopying and recording, or by any information storage and retrieval system, without the approval of Sleep Sweet Project, LLC.

All information supplied, either verbally, written, or implied, remains the property of Sleep Sweet Project, LLC at all times. Written permission of Sleep Sweet Project, LLC is required to reproduce, record, publish or share verbally any details of any such information or content (including, without limitation, any sleep plan, E-guides, charts, notes, advice offered, or consultation transcript or summary in any format whatsoever, or details or information published on any blogs, forums or similar boards). Any information supplied by Sleep Sweet Project, LLC is confidential. Any passing or sharing of such information or content to anyone is strictly forbidden and subject to the protection of United States and foreign copyright laws.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Sleep Sweet Project, LLC, including its members, managers, officers, employees, and contractors, is committed to fully maintaining the confidentiality of all client communications and information permitted by law. Personal information will not be disclosed without the explicit consent of the client. Exceptions to this policy include situations involving an imminent threat of serious injury to any client, child or children, or other individuals within the household. As a company serving families with minors, we are mandated reporters and will report any suspected or observed abuse or neglect of a minor, as well as any imminent threat to household members during our professional engagement.
